I had hard time with this ATK package. Some of my function keys don't work. So I tried to find the solution and I did found it. It said find the ATK Package fom the Program and features in the Control Panel and right click and click 'Repair'. I did that but when I restart my laptop everything goes wrong: my WiFi icon doesn't appear at the bottom left of screen. A lot of thing change since I did this.

In most of the cases, the ATK Packages with the drivers are located on the motherboard/laptop manufacturer's website in the support section for your device. That's a power management driver and something that enhances/gives access to the Function keys. Since we're talking about function keys, I believe that you're using a laptop.
Visit the Support page for your laptop and then download the correct ATK/ACPI package for the device.
The ATK package is responsible for all the FN button functions. It is mostly used in portable devices such as laptop or netbooks. If you remove it, there is a chance that the FN buttons will stop working as they normally should.
